The bid team works in collaboration with Shield’s management to ensure that each tender is fully understood and ensures we are responding to the clients exact and bespoke requirements. While we know that pricing often plays a major factor in determining a successful bid, Shield will often compete on quality, service and its impressively high standards of work. The bid team stays on top of collating our case studies and accreditation applications to ensure we stay at the forefront of industry, environmental and innovation standards.
The Shield Pest Control bid team sits within Alan Burton’s contract and client organisation. Alan is Shield’s contract director with over 16 years of service working across a wide range of our prestige clients including national housing associations and large retail clients. Daniel Steward our Managing Director reviews and signs off every bid we submit. Daniel’s personal accountability for the service and the pricing we propose plays an important part in establishing client trust. Shield is proud to have over 500 established nationwide clients with an average client tenure of ten years.
